At Thaaimadi Natural Oils, we ship natural oils and related products ("Products") across India and select international destinations. Shipping times are estimates only, and all sales are final with no refunds or returns once an order is placed (per our Terms of Service). Provide complete and accurate shipping details to avoid delays.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
• You'll receive a confirmation email with order details upon placement, followed by a shipping update with tracking information once dispatched.

Shipping Methods and Times

• Domestic (India): We partner with reliable couriers like ST Courier, or India Post for standard shipping.
  • Delivery: 3-7 business days from dispatch (metro cities: 2-4 days; rural/remote areas: 5-7 days).
• International: Available to select countries via DHL, FedEx, or EMS.
  • Delivery: 7-15 business days from dispatch, subject to customs clearance.
• Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or high order volume—we are not liable for these.

Shipping Costs

• Domestic: Flat rate of ₹150-₹250 based on order weight and PIN code (calculated at checkout). Free shipping on orders over ₹1,500 (min. 1 kg).
• International: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier (starts at ₹1,500+).
• Remote/rural PIN codes may incur an additional ₹100-₹200 surcharge.
• All prices exclude taxes, duties, or customs fees (your responsibility).

Shipping Restrictions

• No shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or unverified locations.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders to restricted areas or incomplete addresses.
• Products are perishable natural oils; we do not ship to areas with extreme temperatures that could affect quality.

Tracking and Delivery

• Track your order using the AWB/tracking number provided via email/SMS.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon handover to the carrier.
• Inspect packages at delivery. Report visible damage to the courier immediately—claims after acceptance are not supported.

International Shipping Details

• You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by your country's authorities.
• Provide your tax ID if required. We declare actual order value for customs.
• Delays or seizures due to customs are beyond our control.

Failed Deliveries

• If delivery fails (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable after 3 attempts), the package returns to us.
• Order will be cancelled; no reshipment or refund (all sales final).
